How do I get my guides sign up for Guidefitter?

Outfitters!

Do you have a list of guides who work for your outfit that you would like to get signed up with their own Guidefitter accounts so they can unlock the same gear perks that you have? We can help make that happen!

In order to get a guide verified as an insider on Guidefitter, our brands require two types of documentation. 

1. A valid up-to-date guide license (if applicable in your state)
2. A current document that ties that guide to working for an outfit. 
   • Letter from the Outfitter (PDF or Email)
   • Recent Paystub/ Check
   • Recent Client Contract

The easiest way for you (as an outfitter) to get all of your guides signed up at one time is to either write us a single pdf letter of employment for all of your guides or just email us over a list (to [e-mail]) of everyone who is guiding for you currently and we can do the rest! 

Please make sure your letter/email includes the following information. 

• Date - Date that the letter/ email was written
• Employment Date - Dates in which the guides are employed with you (ie. 2023 season)
• Guide Contact information - Name and email of all of the guides who you would like to get verified with us.
• Your contact information (as the owner of the outfit)
• Your signature (if a letter is being sent over in the form of a PDF and not via email from your outfit's email domain.
