How to Add and Manage Guides on Your Guidefitter Outfitter Page

Getting your guides set up on Guidefitter is now easier than ever. Instead of emailing Guidefitter a guide list or employment letter, you can now add, invite, and manage your current guides directly from your Outfitter Page.

Once a guide is connected to your outfit, Guidefitter can use that connection to help verify their guide status for the current season so they can access their Insider gear perks.

Managing Your Current Guide Team

Your Teams tab of your Outfitter Page is where you can manage the guides currently connected to your outfit.

From here, you can:

• Add new guides joining your team.
• Invite guides who need to connect their Guidefitter account.
• Review the guides currently associated with your outfit.
• Remove guides who are no longer working for you.
• Keep your guide roster current from season to season.

Keeping your team up to date helps make sure the right guides are connected to your outfit and can get verified for the current season.

How to Add a Guide

1. Go to your Outfitter Page on Guidefitter.
2. Select the Teams tab.
3. Choose the option to Add or Invite a Guide.
4. Enter the guide's requested information.
5. Send the invitation.
6. Your guide will receive an invitation to connect with your outfit on Guidefitter.

Keeping your team up to date helps make sure the right guides are connected to your outfit and can get verified for the current season.

How to Review Pending Guide Requests

Guides can select your outfit during sign-up or verification, which will send a connection request to your Teams tab. To review pending requests:

1. Go to your Outfitter Page.
2. Open the Teams tab.
3. Find the pending connection request.
4. Review the guide’s information.
5. Accept the request if they currently work for your outfit.

If you do not recognize the guide or they are not currently working for your outfit, simply delete the request.

How to Remove a Guide

If a guide is no longer working for your outfit:

1. To remove a guide who is no longer working for your outfit, please do the following:

2. Go to your Outfitter Page.
3. Open the Teams tab.
4. Find the guide you would like to remove.
5. Update the guide’s End Date to the date they stopped working for your outfit.

6. Once the end date has passed, the guide’s connection to your outfit will be removed.

Removing a guide from your team keeps your current roster accurate and ensures your Outfitter Page reflects the guides actively working for your operation.

Already Have Guides on Guidefitter?

No problem.

You can still invite and connect existing Guidefitter members to your outfit through the Teams tab. They do not need to create another account.

If you have new guides who are not yet on Guidefitter, invite them through your Outfitter Page and they can complete their account setup from there.
