How To Use The Guidefitter Wallet

• How to use GF Wallet funds on a purchase

Recently we have added a great new feature called the Guidefitter Wallet. Here you will have a place that you can keep funds to use on future purchases. 

To check the balance of your GF Wallet, first click the profile picture in the top corner of the website. 

From there a menu will pop out. The 5th option down will state My Wallet. Please select that option to continue to the next screen.

On the next screen, it should display your current GF Wallet balance.

To check you Wallet balance on the Guidefitter App please follow these steps.

First click the profile picture in the bottom right corner

Then select Settings in the top right corner

Finally select My Wallet from the menu

You should be met with this screen

Next we will go over how to use those funds on a purchase.

Once you have an item in your cart you can click proceed to checkout. If this is your first purchase you will be prompted to fill in shipping and billing information. However, if you are a return customer all of that info should be on file. 

Once that information is entered, you will be directed to the Order Summary page that you see below. Within the Payment Options box, which is located on the left side below Shipping Information, you will see a notice with the available balance on your GF Wallet. You should be able to click the link provided to use those funds.

Upon clicking that link you will be met with this page which has a selector bar to choose how much of your GF Wallet funds you would like to use towards this purchase. If you would like to use a specific amount less than what is in the wallet you have a box on the right end of the bar that you can type an exact amount in. Once you have the amount selected please click the Continue button.

This will take you back to the order summary page. In that same payment box on the left you will see the amount of funds you are withdrawing from the GF Wallet to use on this purchase. If it is less than the total amount of the order you will see how much will be charged to the card you have on file.

After confirming that all the funds, shipping info, and product info are correct you are free to select the Place Order button to submit the order.
