This is entirely dependent on the brand the order was placed with. Some brands offer returns and exchanges while others consider sales to be final for Pro Purchases. To find a brand’s return policy, follow these steps once you get logged in to your account;
- Search the brand you are ordering from/ordered from.
- From there select the brand that you are curious about
- From this page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the hyperlink about the return policy
- OR, you can find the return policy underneath the Tech Specs of each individual product.
This should pull up the brand's policy on returns and exchanges.
Take a look there first, if they do accept returns or exchanges shoot us an email at orders@guidefitter.com and let us know what you are trying to return or exchange with the order number. From there we'll reach out to the brand and get you an RA (Return Authorization) number and exact instructions on how to return the item.
Each brand may carry a charge associated with returns in the form of a restocking fee or handling fees. While this is not common we will make sure you know before you ship any item back to them for a return.
When it comes to damaged or defective goods, almost every brand will work to get you taken care of. Each brand has a slightly different process on how to file a claim. Most, if not every brand, will have that information available on their direct site. If you cannot find that information please do not hesitate to ask.
