Why haven’t I received my OnX code yet?

If you have purchased an OnX code, either a Premium or Elite membership, you probably have received the notification to please allow up to 3 business days for your code to ship. Then you wait patiently by the mail for that code to come and it never shows.

Here is the kicker, your activation code will actually be emailed to the email address that is associated with your active insider account. Normally that takes around 24 hours for the code to be emailed to you. If you purchase the code Friday-Sunday, your codes will be sent out first thing Monday morning.

So you’ve checked your email and it still isn’t there? Unfortunately, a lot of email accounts that have security filters will flag our email that is sent with your OnX code. Double-check your Spam and Junk folders for the activation code email. If you still can’t find your OnX code, feel free to call our Customer Support Team at [phone] or shoot us an email at [e-mail].
